Hi, I’m Victoria. I work with people who want to feel better about themselves, their relationships, their work, their place in the world, and their lives. I’m here to let you feel that you are not alone with your challenges, and I’m here as a trained professional to help you release and transform your painful burdens.
My style is warm and empathic and at times directive. I’m deeply committed to supporting you in creating the life you really want. I offer a safe space to explore, discover and heal so you can move forward to a future that feels bright and hopeful. My wish for you is to move towards a life that is beautiful and fulfilling.
Your story is important to me and to our work together. I love taking the time to learn about what makes you uniquely you. We will work collaboratively on identifying and addressing your therapeutic goals. Sometimes new goals come up as we continue in our work and we will make space for them as well.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, relational, and engaged. I’m here to unconditionally accept you and hold you in the highest regard. I’m here to be deeply attuned to you and fully present. Working relationally provides endless opportunities to experience corrective experiences, heal misattunements from childhood, and integrate missing experiences you may be carrying in your system. You can get what you didn’t get before that you really needed. I genuinely care about you as a person and I’m invested in your healing. I work and live in a caring, respectful, kind, heart-centered space.
In our work together, I incorporate somatic (body-based) modalities to regulate the nervous system, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic approaches. I am grounded in and operate from holding a reparative relational therapeutic bond, evidence-based skills, providing psychoeducation, and trauma-informed practices.

Professional training:
- The Flash Technique – an EMDR protocol – Dr. Philip Manfield
- Healing Relational Trauma – AEDP Institute
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy – Dr. Richard Schwartz and Dr. Frank Anderson
- Attachment-Focused EMDR – Laurel Parnell Institute
- Somatic Experiencing – Somatic Experiencing International
- Emotionally Focused (Couples) Therapy (EFT) – SF Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy
- The Gottman Method – The Gottman Institute
- Masters in Counseling Psychology – California Institute of Integral Studies
I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as narrative therapy and depth-oriented psychotherapy. I am informed by the latest research in neuroscience, attachment theory, humanistic psychology, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness and meditation practices from around the globe, yoga, somatics, and trauma informed practices. I also use my own experiences as a human being in this world to meet you exactly where you’re at.
